INLIOR handbags are handcrafted with luxurious skin and carefully selected materials. The leather is natural and unique, hence occasional tone variations may occur. Please follow the care instructions for longer product life.

- Clean with a soft, dry cloth

- Protect from direct light, heat, and rain. If the bag becomes wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth

- Avoid damaging the interior of the bag with liquid cream, hand sanitizers, makeup, and perfumes

- When not in use, fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity

- Store in the provided dust bag

- Do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

APPLICABILITY OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For final sale items (customized items), a refund is not acceptable except for quality problems.

TIME LIMIT FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at service@inlior.com

RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer due to the customer’s responsibility. If issues are caused by us, the return shipping fee is borne by us.

Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
