Store Vacation Notice

Dear customers,

Thank you for your continued support and interest in our store. In order to give our team members a chance to rest and recharge over the holidays, we will be suspending our shipping service from February 3rd through February 19th (all orders will be shipped as normal by March 1st).

During this time, you will still be able to browse and place orders. However, please note that all orders will begin processing and shipping after March 1st. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

1. How much is the shipping cost

• All orders are covered by free worldwide shipping

2. How long will it take me to get the goods

• Merchandise is produced and shipped from our studio 20-25 business days after purchase because all of our products are 100% handmade.
• Standard shipping transit time 10-15 days.
• Expedited shipping transit time 7-10 days.
All packages have specific tracking information. You will be given a tracking number when we ship your order, and you can check the status of your order online through the "Order Tracking" on our website.

3. What transportation company do you use

•Free/standard shipping, we use express companies such as CNE, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.

4. What about tariffs and taxes

• Taxes are related to the recipient's region. The order may require customs duties and taxes, and you will bear these costs.

Please note that INLIOR does not control any customs duties and other taxes. We cannot estimate tax expenses. For more information on these fees, please contact the local customs of the recipient.

5. Wrong address statement

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly.
If the package is returned due to the wrong address or cannot be delivered, we will not bear any responsibility.
